The Employee Incentive Specialist Solicitor will work with our clients SME to support their corporate and commercial legal requirements as well as providing advice in relation to share options and employee incentives as follows:

  • Share Option Plans and Employee Incentive Schemes
  • Employee Share Schemes;
  • EMI Share Options;
  • Unapproved Share Options;
  • Nil Paid Share Options;
  • Founder Share Options.

    • Profile

    The Employee Incentive Specialist Solicitor based in London must have the following qualities:

    • Degree
    • LPC qualification or equivalent
    • Must hold a valid Solicitors Practising Certificate
    • 2-6 years PQE specialising in employee incentives share option schemes
    • Strong intellect and ability to think creatively
    • Strong interpersonal skills
