Residential Conveyancing Team Leader

A residential conveyancing solicitor or qualified fee earner is needed to join a Legal 500 national firm as it continues to develop one of its North West offices.
This excellent role will involve handling a high volume and varied case load of residential conveyancing files whilst managing two paralegals. You will have a legal assistant by way of support, and will report to the Head of Conveyancing.
This could be an excellent step into a management role for the right candidate, who will have extensive experience in handling their own case load independently and preferably have experience handling 85+ files. Management experience is not essential but will be highly beneficial to your application.
