An opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a successful highly regarded Property Litigation Team recognised as a leading team in Chambers and Partners and the Legal 500.

The workload will cover a varied range of matters to include Landlord and Tenant disputes for both residential and commercial matters, real property disputes, possession proceedings and debt collection.

The ideal candidate will be either a fully qualified Solicitor 5 years PQE or Legal Executive with 8-9 years PQE.

You can expect to take on advocacy work in the courts and tribunals and enjoy being part of a of a busy and highly effective team. We are looking for an accomplished and enthusiastic individual who possesses good working knowledge of the law and sound IT and organisational skills as well as being effective in business development and marketing.
