Our client, a global technology company, is seeking to recruit a Commercial Lawyer for a maternity cover.
You will be drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements such as MSAs, NDAs, pan-European outsourcing agreements, and end-user license agreements. You will be supporting the European subsidiary legal team teams with contract and commercial related queries.
A successful candidate will be 3-5 PQE* with commercial experience gained from either a law firm or in-house.
