Commercial Development & Investment Paralegal

Our client is an international, full service law firm and is now looking to recruit an additional paralegal within its residential development team.

You will join a successful team made up of solicitors, senior fee earners and paralegals, where your key duties will include, but will not be limited to:

• Providing paralegal support to the residential development team
• Preparing documents and liaising with fee earners 
• Handling completion and post completion work
• Portal management
• Liaising with clients, both face to face and over the phone
• Deeds management

This commercial development & investment paralegal role will be a very hands on position, therefore, you will need experience working within a similar position, have a good understanding of commercial property transactions, and an ability to work under pressure.
