Property Litigation Paralegal

Are you an experienced legal assistant / paralegal looking to join a top tier law firm within their commercial property & commercial litigation department? 
 
Our client is an Internationally renowned law firm and is now looking to recruit an additional paralegal to join their expanding Birmingham office. You will join a highly skilled property litigation department where you will provide paralegal support to a team of solicitors and fee earners. Your key duties will include, but will not be limited to;

• Assisting in the establishment, date input and management of a database
• Co-ordination and providing information coming from various clients and its surveyors
• Managing deadlines
• Assisting in seeing arbitritions through directions including disclosure, witness statements and expert reports
• Drafting various documents

In order to be successful for this property litigation paralegal role based in Birmingham, you must have experience working within a similar department, possess large scale projects and litigation experience, have experience working within a property litigation team, have experience using a portal system, along with a fantastic work ethic.
