In-house Construction Legal Executive

A market leading Property and Construction consultancy business is looking for a Construction Legal Executive, Paralegal, or NQ, to join their highly experienced In-house legal team. The role would be perfect for someone from a Construction background with experience in negotiating and drafting appointments and other Construction related documents. Salary is dependent on individual experience (between £30-50k) and the business offers highly competitive benefits.

Reporting into the Head of Legal, you will work as part of a team of driven and experienced Solicitors and Legal Executives who manage all Legal work for the business, with a focus on Construction and Property matters. You will assist in drafting appointments and collateral warranties, administrate the negotiation process, research new areas of legislation, draft and negotiate other relevant commercial documents, and provide support to the legal team with direction from the Head of Legal.

Applications are invited from Legal Executives and Paralegals with more than 2 years' experience in Construction. Candidates should demonstrate an understanding of the industry and pro-active attitude to work. This is a great opportunity for someone already In-house looking for their next step, but we're also really interested in discussing the role with candidates working in Private Practice.
