Property Litigation Solicitor
A highly regarded Legal 500 listed national commercial practice wishes to appoint a Property Litigation Solicitor to its envied Real Estate Litigation Team and be based at the firms' flagship office in Birmingham city centre.
The firm is well known as a very strong commercial practice that acts for predominantly high profile clients in a variety of sectors covering real estate, residential property, corporate finance, commercial services, energy and technology to name a few.
The strength and breadth of the Real Estate Litigation Teams' client base is unparalleled and this role will provide excellent opportunities to work with leading national and international Plc's, property developers, investors, landlords, occupiers and public sector bodies.
Working closely with experienced real estate litigation solicitors, you will handle a varied caseload of property litigation matters and advise on commercial landlord and tenant disputes including service of break notices, forfeiture and notices to quit and the recovery of property or unpaid rent and service charges as well as act for private individuals on case such as party wall and boundary disputes and the right to light.
The firm is keen to hear from NQ solicitors right through to those up to 3 years' PQE. If an NQ you will have undertaken a seat in property litigation and any pre-qualification experience in the sector would be advantageous.
As well as having strong technical skills, you will have a "can do" attitude, a genuine desire to progress and develop and have the enthusiasm to go the extra mile to service client needs. You will have great communication skills and have a desire to forge a career in the property litigation sector.
Given the firms' standing in the market you will naturally receive a competitive salary and benefits package which includes a substantial holiday allowance of 27 days with the option to carry some entitlement over, as well as private healthcare and medical insurance and a host of other benefits.
This is an outstanding opportunity for those who want to move to a firm that promotes an environment with no office politics or bureaucracy with significant opportunities for progression and development so for more information on this Property Litigation Solicitor role please contact Matt Robinson at QED Legal.
