Corporate & Finance Paralegal

We are currently working with an innovative law firm in the Midlands to select a Corporate & Finance Paralegal into their top-tier Corporate Legal team.

About the Corporate & Finance Paralegal role:

In this Corporate & Finance Paralegal role you will be providing robust Corporate transactional Legal support.

You will have experience of assisting colleagues on a range of Corporate matter or similar.

Key responsibilities:

• Review corporate finance documentation and raise appropriate enquiries
• Assisting the team with transactions due diligence
• Researching and reporting on prospective target companies

You will have experience in a similar legal Corporate/Commercial role and experience of working with sensitive company information.

You will possess strong relationship skills and have an exceptional eye for detail. Ideally you will have the LPC/LLM or a strong Corporate background in a related sector.
