Senior Business Manager - Employment

Senior Business Development Manager role aligned to Employment for a leading global law firm.  Newly created position to support the partners on the further growth of this already thriving practice.  Ideally suited to an employment lawyer looking to transition into business development/someone that has a similar background. 

• To underpin the practice business development plan, you will be responsible for pitching, campaigns, collateral and PR, events and other marketing activities to put the firm’s best foot forward.
• As a trusted adviser to the partners, you will provide extensive coaching and guidance on client relationship management and targeting initiatives for new business and cross selling.  
• The team are encouraged to be client facing and are fully supported by the partners. 

Key attributes for this role include the ability to implement new initiatives and processes, the gravitas to persuade and influence partners and the tenacity to keep projects moving forward.  The ideal candidate will be/have been an employment lawyer and be pursuing a career in business development.
