Senior Commercial Lawyer - In House

OUR CLIENT

A dynamic and fast growing global market leader with HQ in the US, seeks to recruit a Senior Commercial Lawyer c 6 PQE + to join their UK legal department to handle a broad commercial workload.

THE ROLE

The post holder will be expected to work alongside business colleagues and management with a view to developing solid working relationship providing commercial advice on legal and strategic issues serving the EMEA regions .

The work will cover;

Managing and negation of high value commercial contracts often with an international focus,

Drafting of technology and licensing agreements

Risk management and regulatory work including data protection and IP matters

Employment law matters

The post holder will be expected to provide advice on legislative changes that may have an impact on the business

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must be ablt to demonstrate excellent technical skills,

relevcant commercal and negotiating skills. Candidates with language skills would be of interest
