An opportunity has arisen to recruit an experienced Plot Conveyancer to join a leading national practice in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with plot sales for one or more national house builders from start through to completion. The role will involve sending out standard plot sale paperwork from a case management system, dealing with pre contract enquiries, exchanging contracts and dealing with completions. You will have your own workload, be able to work with minimal supervision, manage your own time, self type and develop and maintain client relationships. The successful candidate will have 12 months' experience in a similar capacity, working in a busy Plot Sales Team. Excellent communication, administration, organisational and IT skills are all essential.
An excellent salary and benefits package is on offer dependant on experience.
