The firm is seeking a Property Litigation to join their flourishing Bedford, Bedfordshire office.

You will join a friendly, professional, and highly experienced Litigation team. You will deal with a varied client base, this will make for an interesting role. The caseload will include; Boundary disputes, Rights of way, Dilapidation claims, Landlord and tenancy issues, Liability, Possession and Ownership matters.

The department is very busy, they have keen growth plans over the next 24 months, this role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

• You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with at least three year's PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
• You will have broad Property Litigation experience
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Salary is above market rate and dependent on your level of experience, plus an excellent, lucrative bonus structure.
