The firm is seeking a Personal Injury (EL/PL) Paralegal / Fee Earner to join the firms Bristol City Centre office.

You will join an industry leading defendant team and will work alongside some of the largest insurers nationally. This role will have lots of client contact where you will directly deal with large companies and big insurers. You will receive excellent training to run a busy caseload, working with renowned industry Partners. The caseload will place you working Housing Associations, School, and Councils dealing with claims up to £50,000.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, internally to other departments and to become qualified.

• You will also can earn a highly lucrative bonus, which last year was on average £10k.
• You will ideally be a Personal Injury Paralegal with a background in claimant or defendant work, ideally in EL/PL, but any background would be considered
• Although, the firm would look at ambitious candidates from a non-legal background, perhaps in insurance or debt recovery looking to break into the legal market
• You will have excellent communication skills
• Salary is up to £22k, plus the ability to earn a lucrative bonus, progression prospects and an excellent benefits package.
