This is a fantastic opportunitiy for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join my client's New Homes Sales team in Hampshire.

The team acts solely for developer clients (include large national House Builders) selling plots, dealing with estate setup and management, infrastructure, dealing with the property related aspects of planning compliance, affordable housing transfers and providing support to client's after sales service.

The successful candidate can expect a mix of portfolio work and responsibilitieswhich include but are not be limited to meeting with clients to prepare contract packs, setting up sites for sales in advance of being instructed on any sales, liaising with the client's preferred buyer's solicitors to settle the documents and queries, dealing with legal enquiries generated during plot sales, assisting and supervising two paralegals in plot sales and part-exchange buy-ins and managing a team of five which includes two paralegals and 3 support staff.

Skills & experience necessary for the role include 5 years PQE + as well as a confident and personable approach with excellent communication skills (verbal and written), team leadership, strong client and matter management skills and a track record of successful practice development.
