Locum Commercial Property Solicitor

A Lexcel accredited Private Practice in Bedfordshire require a locum commercial property lawyer to cover a period of leave in Autumn.

The successful candidate will look after and progress a full commercial property caseload. The matters you will be handling will include, but are not limited to:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties
• Commercial leases and lease extensions
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Commercial developments
• Option agreements
• Property finance

Specific competencies in handling leases and Landlord & Tenant work will be of particular interest.

The successful candidate, whilst being part of a wider team, will be required to work autonomously without supervision. They firm do use a case management system and there will be secretarial support available too.
