Corporate Commercial Solicitor

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified - 1 years PQE+ solicitor with commercial awareness and a varied, wide ranging transactional experience to join a growing Corporate Commercial team. Solicitors will need willingness to develop their commercial experience gaining exposure to a broad range of commercial/IP/IT related work. You would be joining a friendly, energetic, enthusiastic and well-regarded team that typically deals in good quality and generally high value corporate transactions and company re-organisations.

You will be involved in a broad range of work including work on all Companies Act related matters, shareholders agreements, partnerships and LLPs, finance agreements, corporate lending and have some experience in and be willing to do other more general commercial work such as commercial sales agreements and licences. On top of this, the chosen Corporate Commercial Solicitor will be expected to contribute to the group's business development and know-how initiatives.
