A Locum Residential Property Lawyer is required to join a highly regarded and multi office private practice to cover a period of holiday leave. The role is to start at the end of August.
Candidates will be handling a full residential property caseload which will include:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Mortgages and Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Leases and lease extensions
- New builds
- Shared ownership
The successful candidate will inherit a caseload with circa 50 residential property cases. There will be full secretarial support available and a case management system.
Previous experience working as a locum would be beneficial but is not essential.
There is parking nearby and the firm is also close to a main train station.
