Employment Paralegal

The opportunity to join a busy in house employment legal team is now available in Bradford.

The majority of the organisations workforce are based out of the Bradford office, and their risk management team are looking for an additional junior employment solicitor to join them.

This is a rare opportunity for an LLB graduate to start their legal career in an employment role. You will be keen to learn more about employment law in practice, and display enthusiasm and eagerness develop your skills.

In this role you will be helping out with any HR and employment queries. This may range from reading and drafting documents, restrictive covenants, grievance matters and aiming to resolve any issues to make sure that it doesn't reach tribunal.

The existing team has around 10 members and is a friendly and supportive atmosphere.

To be successful in your application you must:
- Have completed your Law LLB and achieved or are predicted a 2.1, and have studied employment law as a module,
- Have good academics
- Be commercially viable in your approach to law in practice
