Leading central London firm has a pressing requirement to hire an experienced residential property partner to lead and develop the existing offering.
The firm has an existing property practice, but in order to take advantage of increased instructions flow and internal referrals, they need to recruit an experienced residential property partner to be installed as head of department.
This is a critical hire for the firm therefore the successful candidate:
- must be working currently for a notable West End or City firm
- must have experience of handling primarily central London property transactions
- have the gravitas to advise HNW individuals and overseas investors
- must have a client/referrer following that will generate at least £350k in year 1
- have the ambition and desire to build a practice of note
