The chosen Corporate Solicitor will be coming from a leading firm and possess strong technical ability as you'll be joining a successful, growing commercial team, focusing on mergers and acquisitions work and general corporate advice. Ideally the candidate would also have experience in advising on sales of businesses out of insolvency but this is not a pre-requisite.
The successful candidate would be involved in all aspects of the work together with supporting firm wide projects and gaining experience with other teams within the Corporate Group. The team prides itself on its collegiate and supportive philosophy and being able to deliver practical solutions to clients which meet their commercial requirements. Paired with strong academics, you'll have trained with a highly-regarded, established law firm.
