Construction Paralegal

Leading UK law firm looking for a Construction Paralegal to join their team in Manchester to take on a caseload of mostly non-contentious matters. This is a busy and close knit team, and there is a ready made Construction caseload for you to pick up.

Ideal for a Paralegal with prior Construction or Real Estate experience, with the opportunity to join a very reputable national firm in Manchester City Centre.

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, albeit under supervision. You will be working on behalf of major UK developers, public transport organisations and education institutions, undertaking a mixed caseload including town centre redevelopment, corporate acquisitions, building agreements and bespoke contractual arrangements.

This is an interesting role where you will gain early responsibility in a very interesting area of law.
