THE ROLE
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a technically proficient Litigation Lawyer with good general property expertise to join a talented team of lawyers. The successful Property Litigation Lawyer will manage a demanding and varied caseload, areas may include landlord and tenant matters; boundary disputes; disrepair; nuisance; possession proceedings; dispute resolutions and; lease extensions. The role will also involve handling conveyancing matters when needed, residential conveyancing experience will, therefore, be essential. THE CANDIDATE
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 1 years’ PQE.
You must have solid knowledge of property litigation.
You must have experience in residential conveyancing.
You must have excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
You must have a flair for business development.
You must be highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines.
