They have recently bought a long-established firm in Bristol that has been established for decades and deals with an excellent quality of work. You will find a friendly, supportive and dynamic culture, they have expanded in recent years due to an influx of new work.

The role

You will join the boutique Bristol office and will head up the Conveyancing team. You will run your own high-quality caseload of Conveyancing matters with the support of a couple of Paralegals. You will work closely with the other offices and will have the autonomy to make the role your own.

This role would prove to be the perfect step up for someone looking for more in the way of responsibility; the role comes with excellent prospects for Head of Department and even Partnership.

Requirements

• You will be an ILEX, Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor with at least three years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience
• If you have had experience of managing Paralegal's this will be to advantage but is not essential
• You should have good experience of running your own Conveyancing caseload
• You should be ambitious and keen to progress
• Salary is negotiable depending on your background; you will also receive an excellent benefits package and lucrative bonus structure
