The role

The Conveyancing department is the largest department firm-wide. They have relationships with high-end and well-known agents and brokers. The department is very dynamic and good at business development subsequently introducing new business on a weekly business, as well as maintaining existing relationships. This approach allows them to continue to grow and has won them several industry awards.

You will work as part of the firms most highly successful office in terms of billings. You will work alongside a highly-experience team, dealing with a high-quality, general conveyancing caseload, this will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity and Lease extensions.

Requirements

• You will be an ILEX, Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor with at least three years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience
• Based in the heart of the West End of London
• This role comes with excellent prospects for progression
• You should have good experience of running your own Conveyancing caseload
• You should be ambitious and keen to progress
• Salary is negotiable depending on your background; you will also receive an excellent benefits package and lucrative bonus structure
