This law firm has a well established place in the market and has a very successful probate litigation team.

Your new role

This probate litigation role will see you advise on all types of probate litigation including IPFDA claims, validity challenges, removal of executors, construction applications and claims for proprietary estoppel. You will also draft proceedings, witness statements, undertake disclosure and instruct counsel.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a solicitor at NQ level or with up to 4 years' pqe and have experience in probate litigation or commercial litigation.
