Italian Speaking Contract Specialist - Bristol - Offering Fantastic Salary & Benefits

My Bristol based client requires an Italian speaker to join them asap initially on a temporary basis with a view to move across to a long-term role.

The client requires a Italian speaking lawyer (Paralegal/Solicitor/Legal Executive) who has previous legal experience gained in that jurisdiction.

You will be primarily responsible for reviewing and marking-up Italian contractual documents whilst ensuring compliance with applicable policies. Your responsibilities and duties will include; reviewing and marking-up or drafting a wide variety of complex commercial agreements such as non-disclosure agreements, master services agreement, Escalation Memos, Alliance Agreements, Consulting Services Agreement ("CSA"), Master Agreements/Proposal / RFP / RFQ / RFI whilst ensuring compliance with applicable policies.

You will have experience in recognising contractual legal risks and experience in reviewing Italian language contracts with a sound understanding of contract law.

Strong academics gained in Italy is a must.

This is a temporary to permanent role with a view to start asap.
