Construction Non Contentious - 5+ PQE

My client is a leading national practice with offices all over the UK.

They are currently seeking a transactional Construction Solicitor to join their Nottingham office on a permanent basis. The role will involve undertaking a wide range of Construction matters, including drafting and negotiating amendments to standard form contracts (such as JCT/NEC) as well as bespoke forms of contract. You will also deal with appointment and collateral warranties on a variety of commercial and residential projects.

As a background, you will have at least 5 years of experience undertaking the above and will ideally have some experience of managing or supervising others.
