Client Details
My client is a global media business that has set up an events business. They create mass food & drink Pop Up events around the globe. Their UK base is in London.
Description
The Sole In House Commercial Property Counsel will be responsible for supporting the business from concept to completion of events.
This will involve negotiating leases with landlords, developing, planning & construction and then leasing out once the base is created.
The role is international and although the ideal candidate is unlikely to have that experience, a passion, interest and true commercial drive is sought.
Profile
The successful candidate will be a UK or US qualified commercial property lawyer with a strong commercial leasing background.
This role is an unusual opportunity to join a growing business and really develop and build with the team.
