In-House Commercial Property Lawyer 2 years+ PQE

We are seeking an experienced property lawyer for an exciting in-house role in central London.

The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with property law, landlord and tenant and development work. Alongside experience of dealing with planning, energy and/or construction.

The role will include, but is not exclusive to:
-property development
-planning agreements
-acquisitions and disposals
-landlord and tenant
-commercial agreements
-drafting policy and procedures

This in-house commercial property role is interesting with a varied case load in a fantastic organisation. It is a perfect role for someone with in-house experience or wanting to move in-house.
