The role
You will join a modern, progressive and highly experienced team which is set for further growth. The role is based in the company's head office in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. You will deal with an excellent quality of work with a focus on quality over quantity. There is a real team ethic and you will have good support, you will run a general Conveyancing caseload which will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages and Transfers of equity.
This role would prove to be the perfect step up for someone looking for more in the way of responsibility; the role comes with excellent prospects for Head of Department and even Partnership.
Requirements
- You will be an ILEX, Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor with at least three years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience
- You should have good experience of running your own Conveyancing caseload
- You should be ambitious and keen to progress
- Salary is negotiable depending on your background; you will also receive an excellent benefits package and lucrative bonus structure
