Your new firm

Our leading regional client has an established Commercial Property team handling a varied and diverse diet of Commercial Property work across the public and private sectors and are currently looking for a couple of Commercial Property lawyers to join their team.

Your new role

With a highly regarded Commercial Property team growing from strength to strength, they are keen to develop their offering with the hire of two Commercial Property lawyers for the team. You will enjoy access to the full spectrum of Commercial Property work, providing advice on general landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals, and property finance work.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have worked for a respected commercial firm with a strong Commercial Property team, and be used to handling your own busy mixed caseload. You will be able to pick up an existing and busy caseload quickly and play a key role in a wider cross-office team. Ideally you will have enjoyed experience of acting for clients in the education and charity sectors.
