As a newly qualified solicitor in this department you will be providing advice pre-issue, dispute avoidance and litigation analysis on matters concerning domestic and international litigation/arbitration. In particular, you can expect to be handling matters arising from AMIs, JOAs, UUOAs, PSCs, SPAs/FOAs, commodity sales agreements, service contracts, supply agreements and decommissioning agreements.
