Your new role
A corporate legal role as part of a sizeable legal function, reporting to an inspiring General Counsel in the centre of London. You will support the business in a range of vital corporate matters, including corporate reorganisation, securities, dividend issue, private equity and company secretarial work, taking on strong levels of responsibility. You will work collaboratively within a respected team of 12 lawyers, during an interesting time in the company's global advancement.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be UK-qualified corporate lawyer with at least 3 years' PQE or with equivalent experience. You will have gained strong technical training from a reputable organisation, and be motivated to really understand the wider business drivers. Any experience in an in-house environment will be appreciated. You will have been involved in relevant corporate matters, including M&A, reorganisations, securities and shareholder matters, while experience in company secretarial matters, shares issues and dividend issues would be a bonus. You will be an excellent communicator with an appreciation of stakeholder management and team attitude.
