The firm deal with a broad range of clients ranging from HNW, Entrepreneurs, FTSE 250 companies and international individuals.

The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Residential Property Development Solicitor NQ - 3 years PQE for their modern office based in the heart of Mayfair, West End London. You will work as part of a small, highly experienced team, the team is currently thriving and has doubled in size in the last two years.

You will deal with a very high-quality Residential Development caseload. You will deal with site acquisitions and the refinancing of development sites. You will deal with some of the most well-known developers and will have good exposure to marketing and obtain client contact from day, not just giving you good technical experience but also how to become a commercial Lawyer.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Required

• You will be a Residential Development Solicitor with between NQ - 3 years PQE
• You should have a good technical knowledge
• You should have sat at least one seat in Residential Property
• You should have experience of running your own caseload
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• You should be a dynamic candidate with a passion for property work
• Salary is up to £45k, plus an industry leading benefits package.
