Description

Our Client's Real Estate Finance team is the leading specialist teams in the UK. They are focused on the funding of domestic and international real estate in all its forms, and act for the leading financial institutions, investors, developers and funds. They are active in all sectors of the global real estate finance market including investment, development and structured financings, originations for CMBS and principal financing. They work closely with senior lenders and mezzanine financiers and have one of the leading syndication, sell down and A/B practices. As a junior Real Estate Finance Associate you will have exposure to the full raft of finance work.

Profile

You will be a Solicitor of between 0-2 years PQE ideally with experience of banking or real estate finance work. Please note that the level of PQE identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less PQE from applying.
