Our client, a global offshore law firm is looking for an experienced Corporate / Investment Funds lawyer to join its Hong Kong practice. They are looking to hire two (2) Associate who will be advising high-end Asian clients on all aspects of offshore corporate and funds work. You will be given the opportunity for substantial client contact, business development and excellent career prospects. You will be managing a diverse workload and be able to work well under pressure ass it is likely that you will be handling multiple transactions at any one time. The first role requires a Lawyer with around 2 PQE and the 2nd role a Lawyer with 5+PQE. Prior experience in Asia - Hong Kong or Singapore is preferred and Mandarin language skills would both be an asset but are not requirements.
- 2PQE and 5PQE+ experience
- Experience in Corporate / Funds work gained from on Onshore or Offshore law firm
- Chinese language skills a plus
- Relocation available
