Our client, a leading investment bank, is seeking a NQ-4 PQE Finance Lawyer to join their legal team on a contract basis. This role will give you the opportunity to work on a wide breadth of interesting and complex financing transactions across the EMEA region
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Draft, review and negotiate loan documentation including lending agreements , security/agency documentation etc in accordance with LMA standards
- Provide quality support and advice to different business teams including relationship managers, financeteams and any other business teams on a wide variety of financing transactions.
The successful candidate;
- NQ- 4 PQE Finance Lawyer with experience gained either in private practice or in-house
