Head of Compliance & Regulatory Compliance & Asset Management | FS Reg Law Firm Associate 5+ PQE Move In House to a Top Fund | London

Our client is a fund with a truly exceptional reputation in the market. They are looking for a candidate with a financial services regulatory background, likely coming straight from a silver or magic circle law firm to move in house to head the regulatory compliance function for their asset management division.

Working closely with the general counsel you will be a qualified lawyer and have at least 5 years of experience handling a wide breadth of financial compliance issues. There is an excellent opportunity here to progress quickly within the organisation and work closely with the most senior stakeholders in the business.

Whilst candidates are likely to be making a first move in house those candidates already within a fund as part of a similar compliance function will be assessed and considered on merit.

The successful applicant will have strong academic credentials and be qualified as lawyers in England and Wales or another established jurisdiction and have prior experience working in a solid city or US legal practice.
