In-House Paralegal

My client, a global, listed business based in the Thames Valley, is looking for an experienced paralegal to join their established legal team on a permanent basis.

Supporting the in house legal team and reporting into one of the senior lawyers, this is a fantastic opportunity for a paralegal to develop their experience and build a career. The role will be client facing and you will work closely with many business stakeholders.

Your workload will include a broad range of commercial legal duties such as drafting and reviewing contracts, legal research, data protection and company secretarial duties.

You will have completed the LPC and have at least 12 months solid paralegal experience.

You will need to be able to adapt within a fast-paced environment with an exceptional ability to manage your workloads and prioritise to tight deadlines.
