IP/Tech/Vendor Agreement Counsel

Our client: Our global client, a leading provider of credit rating services and financial software wishes to appoint an IP/Technology/Vendor Agreement Counsel for its offices in Geneva. This is a key strategic appointment.

Background: EU qualified lawyer, dual qualification in UK or USA a strong plus. Strong drafting and negotiation skills with respect to a wide variety of technology and procurement agreements, as well as substantative IP law knowledge. This role will support our client's Procurement and Sourcing Group, Information Security Group and other business lines as well as primarily supporting our client's newly acquired subsidiary also based in Geneva. You must be comfortable operating as a local sole legal contributor and report directly in to the US. Strong leadership skills and competencies sought.

Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory. Fluent spoken French or German is also a strong plus.
