Property Litigation Solicitor

One of Bristol's leading insurance litigation firms is currently seeking an additional lawyer to join its thriving property litigation team.

Based in central Bristol within walking distance of Bristol Temple Meads and Cabot Circus shopping complex this firm has a number offices in Bristol and further afield and is renowned for its litigation work. The successful candidate will join a team of circa 25 specialist property litigation lawyers and will enjoy a varied caseload of property disputes with the majority LEI funded to include breach of covenants, trespass, property damage. The team also deals with a number of commercial property disputes to include dilapidation claims and commercial property disputes.
