Our client is a top UK 100 law firm and they are seeking an Plot Sales Fee Earner. You will be working closely with the Team Leader to develop this giant. You will be working under the Partner and Team Leader and will be picking up any plot sales work currently being done in their Birmingham office. As the workload increases and new clients come on board, the role will develop and there is chance to develop with the firm.

My client is seeking a Plot Sales fee earner/paralegal to join the plot sales team. You will be a Paralegal, Legal Executive with good plot sales experience who has experience at dealing with developers. As a guide you should have at least 1 years' experience in plot sales acting for developers. You should have experience of running your own small caseload of development files from start to finish and feel confident dealing with enquiries from Developers and other solicitors a like. My Client is also keen to hear from paralegals with experience assisting on Plot Sales matters who are keen to progress their career into a file handling role.
