Regional law firm looking to expand their Private Client division by appoint a Private Client partner or Associate.

You will be a partner or Associate with at least 8 years PQE experience in Probate and Trust administration, preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Deputyship applications, provision of Inheritance tax, CGT and other tax advice and preparation of tax returns.

The team there also handles high value business and landed estate succession planning; charities; wills and trusts; personal tax; charity governance and constitutional and regulatory matters.
