Commercial Contracts Executive / Paralegal role with major international business

Our client is looking for commercial contracts support and assistance to the in-house legal team.

As the commercial contracts executive you will manage the contracts database and take responsibility for work flow, compliance and maintaining internal standards.

You will have hands-on contracts exposure, strong administration and organisational skills with an ability to communicate at all levels.

The ideal candidate may be working in industry or practice and be comfortable managing legal processes with real attention to detail.

The role will suit a commercial paralegal, executive or contracts coordinator who is looking for greater responsibility with a leading business.
