This highly regarded firm in the South Midlands, is looking to recruit a corporate locum to provide assistance to their well established team.
It is essential that you are a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE gained from working at a sizeable firm.
A proven track record of managing a full corporate caseload is required, including significant merger and acquisitions work and corporate finance expertise.
Ideally you will be able to start at short notice and the role is expected to run for a minimum of 6 months.
Excellent hourly rate on offer.
