Conveyancer - Shared Ownership

Are you looking for are you looking for a challenging, yet exciting opportunity within conveyancing? We are looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancer to join a highly reputable and successful Legal Firm’s Shared Ownership Conveyancing department! 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all electronic ID, OS2 and Bankruptcy searches
  • Exchanging contracts and completing the transaction;
  • Daily communication with clients
  • Updating Conveyancing Shared Ownerhsip Manager
  • Establish and maintain relations with 3rd party associates

Key Experience

  • Qualified Solicitor Licensed Conveyancer
  • Customer focus
  • Team Player
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and intermediaries and become involved in marketing and business development opportunities
  • Wide experience of freehold, leasehold and new builds, dealing with matters from inception to completion
  • Experience of working within a Shared Ownership Department
