Are you looking for are you looking for a challenging, yet exciting opportunity within conveyancing? We are looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancer to join a highly reputable and successful Legal Firm’s New Build Conveyancing department!
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility of designated sites from instruction to completion
- Daily communication with onsite sales negotiators to identify targeted exchanges
- Carry out all electronic ID, OS2 and Bankruptcy searches
- Exchanging contracts and completing the transaction;
- Updating Conveyancing New Build Manager
Key Experience
- Qualified Conveyancer
- Customer focus
- Team Player
- Wide experience of freehold, leasehold and new builds, dealing with matters from inception to completion
- Strong knowledge of New Build Developers
- Able to work under pressure and to constrictive timescales
