Arbitration lawyer

Our public sector client seeks a lawyer with arbitration experience to join the team on a six month basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your litigation and advisory experience within a high profile sector. You will have the opportunity to develop the body’s regulatory function through statutory arbitrations. Areas will include both public and private law. Day-to-day you will be advising on all aspects of arbitration cases, arbitrating disputes and investigating potential statutory breaches.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a 2:1 degree or equivalent and hold a legal qualification. The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation or arbitration background, although newly qualified lawyers will also be considered.
