NQ Construction Solicitor

National UK law firm with an excellent reputation currently recruiting for an Construction Solicitor to join their team in Manchester. This role is ideally suited for an NQ - 2PQE Construction Solicitor. There is a ready made caseload of primarily non-contentious files to pick up, but you will also gain some exposure to contentious construction matters.

You will ideally have had exposure to a Construction seat on your Training Contract, or failing that good experience of high quality transactional real estate work.

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, working on behalf of major UK developers, public transport organisations and education institutions. The role will provide a broad spectrum of matters including major infrastructure projects, town centre redevelopment, engineering advice, corporate acquisitions, building agreements and bespoke contractual arrangements.

This is an interesting role at a very reputable law firm, where you will gain early responsibility, and work in an environment which encourages internal progression.
